CHF, HTN, ejection fractions, mitral valves, CABG, Beta Blockers, Angiograms....the heart and the medical terminology about the heart is all very confusing unless you have years of specialty education. At NTMC Home Health we believe it is important to understand your heart health, the medications, and the medical terms used around you. We have developed a specialty teaching program to help our patients. In addition we provide remote patient monitoring so that our patients can receive daily oversight of their condition.
